Three links production process

3. Kneading: Put the rusted pipe into the mold, and pour water into the pipe from the piston on one side of the mold, so that the pipe gathers toward the center under the pressure effect, and there is a hole under the mold. This hole is a release point for the tube to be kneaded, and then reaches the intention of making a tee.
Four. Trimming: At this moment, the three links can only be called "two links", which means that the two ends are connected, and the central three links are only a raised straight pipe section. Cut off the raised straight pipe section, and then polish and process the groove of the product. In this way, the three links are basically formed.
5. Heat treatment: Put the basically formed tee in a large annealing furnace to smolder it, let it cool naturally before taking it out.
